2) Provide unofficial copy of your high school transcript. Do not screenshot. Scan with iPhone and send picture.

3) Provide a copy of your SAT and/or ACT results. Do not screenshot. Scan with iPhone and send picture.

4) Provide a letter providing why you feel Myrtle Beach Collegiate is the best fit for your future.

Qualifier Application

This application is for athletes who have maintained a Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher.

Core GPA Breakdown Application

This application is for athletes who have a Cumulative GPA lower than 2.8 and requires us to do a Core GPA breakdown.
